Pakistan hockey captain Sohail Abbas will be the Pakistan flag bearer during the opening ceremony of the 2012 London Games tomorrow evening.
Sohail Abbas is also confident of the team’s chances during the Olympics.
Pakistan plays their opening mens hockey fixture on the 30th against Spain.
Pakistan last won Gold at the Olympics hockey in 1984 during the Los Angeles Games.
The Olympics return to Britain for the first time since 1948.
For the hosting country, 2008 Beijing Olympian hero and cyclist Chris Hoy will have the honour of being the flag bearer.
Britain has been greeted with some warm weather in this past week and they will be hoping it stays like this in the coming weeks.
